I agree the first season should have more JS training, thats what I did with Willis. It's all personal preference as long as you train him consistently and well he'll turn out great.

This guy shot better at the three point line than mid range jumpers for me last night. Hope this helps.

Guys i have young Mikey Bergman. This week he'll get one on one training due to a screw up in my minutes but from next week on he will get SP training the whole way. Hoping to get him to Prominent passing/OD this season and then work on offensive catagories more as a 19yo. Hopefully i can get him to a level that will help out your U21 team in a few seasons time.

This is who I'm training for the U21 team, along with 2 other guards. I'm training one position only with a level 5 trainer. It works out well for me...for Div IV I'm stacked with big men talent, but lack any solid guards.
