Funny Australia has a long history of doing exactly this. We see a problem and in order to fix it create a much, much bigger problem. Rabbits and cane toads are examples.

I guess it depends on who you think is worse. I think Kony is worse but haven't seen the facts displayed anywhere that I trust about the Ugandan army so I admit I could be wrong.

Sorry, not being rude but I really don't get this point. I am not suggesting we start making pre-teen girls into sex slaves for years or start mutilating civilians the way Kony has done.

I think from organisation like the invisible children, the people have to be warned especially since most of them just notice there propaganda

I 100% agree that the Invisible Children is a propaganda organisation. They would probably agree too. I just think it is good that people are actually caring about something besides themselves especially Americans who often have no interest at all in what is happening in the rest of the world unless it affects their direct self interest.

kony have no oil, but they found massive oil field in he last two years in uganda. Kony wasn't there for years.

The Ugandian army is in averae less evil then the Kony one, but it is much bigger and as i said Kony have nothing to dowith them anymore since he simply operates on a different ground now. So you don't fix a problem with a bigger one, you make one problem bigger with saying to fix something pretty unrelated to.

In this world we can rarely eradicate evil, merely replace it with a lesser one. A man who systematically rapes young girls, kidnaps children and mutilates civilians against some maybe spoilt and self-centered Americans who maybe even may make some money from it. Seems like an easy choice.

all the organizations with military power in the world (including states, armies) are controlled by "bad guys", in simple words..this is the rule of the nature; power brings evil..

I am a sceptic but this is a very pessimistic world view that I have to, perhaps naievely, reject. You really think every nation on earth is ruled by bad guys and has an evil army? Denmark? Sweden? New Zealand? Samoa? India? Bhutan? Finland? Barbados? Really?

No doubt the campaign is very America-centric but so are most Americans. Look at a US newsparer and read the world news section. It is really just about US interests abroard. This is one of the reasons I like this campaign, it is a refreshing break from their inward looking tendencies.

Ill informed, gullible, naieve, patriotic etc no doubt. But he is willing to stand up for a cause that isn't just self interest and I admire that.

I remember how I used to go to protests against apartheit and we would all sing, "Freeeeeee, Nelson Mandella". We had no direct impact on anything, but eventually the attitudes in society changed where the average person no longer thought that supporting or trading with South Africa was acceptable and the governments of the world were eventually dragged along as well and things happened.

Call me naieve, but I beilive the people do have the ability to change government policy for the better.

the prblem with every click on the Kony video you actually change something, you buy weapons for dudes who rape people because of the power of there guns.

And must people are naive enough since they don't know it, and think they do something good for those kids.

I was considering buying the kit, it isn't much. Can you please provide me with a credible link that shows that the money is being used to fund Ugandan rape squads rather than being used to improve the corrupt Ugandan military and make it less criminal and more efficient and I promise I wont buy it.

Youtube participate "uploader" with many clicks, on there ads -> watching an 73kk video generates ad income -> Kony get Ads income -> kony founders get a new car and ugandian army get weapons and bullets with those income -> Ugandian army use the power of the guns to steal and rape in uganda.

People really should see already that whenever they are trying to scare us with a new "terrorist", it always leads to war against civilianzs,.. Wake up !! It is nothing more than a reality bubble made by same dudes who owns media, big corporations and the banking system..
