thanks for that advice , i guess im frustrated because im losing games i should easily be winning because of stupid things like this. I do feel im the best in my league at managing game shape by a mile but ive lost some silly games this season because of injuries and people crunch timing me. A few weeks ago i had 6 players at proficient and 1 respectable and the rest strong , now im really struggling to manage minutes because of the random factor . But thanks for the compliments and yes i am already cheering up thanks to you as you made me realise im in a better position than most. Thanks

didn't mean to step on your toes mate, i think you forgot to mention that players with bad defense generally tend to foul more than players with excellent defense - and that physicality attribute which is hidden determines his propensity to foul even if he has a decent defensive rating - i have not read anywhere in the game manual that these types of physical players get injured more than the regular players --- as far as i'm concerned i still feel injuries are random, and as far as i know GS has nothing to do with injuries

I never read anything about gameshape either.

But both of you are correct about the phisicality. He says that players with high phisicality gets injured more often. You say its random. I think it go as this: Each time a player is fouled there is a random small chance that he gets hurt. So in that instance you are right. But as players with more phisicality trait gets more fouled, he has more opportunity to get injured. So he is right, physical players tend to get more injured.

currently bad defence generates less fouls per possesion then the different way ;)

If you don't look so much for the aggressiness attribut when purchasing player, check out the foul contributon in cup/bot matches overall it is pretty much the same.

Relativ weak defender in comparision to your team mates, foul a bit less since the opposing player will not try so many action against him.
