Experience - Not really
This is only your 5th season, so you don't need to get to div 3 just yet, learn to win games via tactics, enthus, and gameshape more at the moment

Roster - No, but...
A div 3 roster (Just aiming to stay in div 3, not win or even make the playoffs) should have 5 starters of 20k+ (aim to have 2 at least 40k+) and a bench of 3 guys 15k-20k

Ouch. I suppose I'm in for a rough ride last season. ;)

I wasn't talking about D.IV. He will never make the playoffs in a D.III league. The point I was trying to get across was he doesn't have a strong or even real active D.IV league while every D.III league is. I should've been more specific.

Plus there's the Arena dilemma as well. Saving cash for a better squad is the least of his worries right now.

I d concentrate on winning the league first. And I believe you might need some reshuffling for that anyway. Once you promote the financial benefits will give you a choice of staying or going back to DIV a rich man. I've never experienced relegation, but you get a good pick and all the extra money you made, so you'd be in a stronger position.

For now upgrade you bleachers, you're maxing out!

Pleaaaaaaaaaaaase. You're just asking to get squashed by my team. The Flying Cows will do no such thing.

Also the difference between my team and yours is my training. My boys are always getting better while yours all deteriorate. I'd love to show you what's up in a scrimmage here pretty soon since I'm throwing my Cup Game this week.

Edit: I know you're training 3 guards from your minutes but they just aren't good. My bigs are waaaaay better. :)

I can't wait till I can start the "I told you so speech". I can tell you just because a player's salary is big doesn't make him the best. The salary doesn't tell it all and I'm willing to show you why. Allstar week you can get at me. You won't like the results but you can come at down to the Cemetery were you will surely rest in pieces or I'll come to you lame stadium and mop the floor with you there. It doesn't matter to me.

Well since you won't answer my question, I will have to scrimmage you as well and hopefully shut your cocky mouth up. As for me saying "your team is useless?" I never said that if you read my comment.

Never said a beast salary makes a player the best. Although it gives me a good idea on how his stats are and your trainees blow from the looks of it. It's a lot harder to train a Guard than a big man, I'll admit that but you obviously need to take a step down to big men from the looks of it.

See you All Star Week. :P
