Sorry, not every country has 4 divisions. Last season there were 2 or 3 new users who ended up in my league. And I don't think I see to tell you the rest of the story.
Even if there is one division, the manager who makes the best decisions will eventually end up on top. It's not going to happen straight away, but it'll eventually happen. This game isn't necessarily like those kind of games where you always get to win, no matter how crappy you are. Many console games are like that and I think they're bad for people's personalities.
