Optional, but I don't think that it's recomended. It'll not like in the real life.

Don't ask me to start counting what's "not like in real life" in BB, I don't have that much time.
How realistic is that you have to put your center to PG position in league games if you want to train him passing or a little bit of OD? How realistic is that you gain GS by telling your players to not win (TIE)? How realistic is that your staff asks more money every week forever without developing? How realistic is that you can turn over the ball 4-5 times in a row? How realistic is that you can train only 1-2 positions (please don't tell me about training JS for the whole team, it's awful)? And so on...
It's a game, the goal is to make users (so basically us) entertained. Training is the base of the game so anything that helps training better (more effective/entertainng/successful) is supported by me. Economy is a key factor too, so having 50% more income/week (11 home games in 8 weeks instead of the current 12 weeks) is supported as well.

the only two suggestions i like are 1# and increasing the training speed just a little. but the later will have enormous influence on the transfermarket so we should be careful.

I think a rebalance of training speeds / secondary skills trained would be a better solution. JR and SB training needs to be boosted dramatically, HA training would need to be changed completely to ever be useful, and 1v1 probably needs scaled down some so it doesn't do quite so much.

I'm not against having an extra game on Sunday to reduce season length but how would that effect training and minutes for a player in a week? IMO I love how BB is right now. Some people just don't have the patience and trying to alter the game due to users lacking patience makes no sense to me.

Most people agree about #1, but EGM doesnt want to apply it because
you just want an easy game, quicker, with more rewards, where you wouldn't need to connect too much. 6 years I'm playing this game, I'm not for that.

Too bad but I 've been playing this game almost the same time as you.

I'm still waiting for reply of Floki's posts.

1. Let stupid owners be stupid owners. If you don't like that fact there is no "training tutorial" make your own. Still, the U21 training threads can apply to anyone, even if they don't have U21 players. They can still look at those threads for guidance on what to train.

2. That mentality and the reverse mentality can decrease the number of supporters. If BB releases a Supporter feature to everyone else after they've put in a new Supporter feature, people aren't going to be saying, "I should buy the whole package because I'll get all of these features." They are gonna be saying, "Wow, the feature I like might be released soon because of a future feature for just Supporters." If there's one thing people can be the most patient for, it's on updates that would save them money.

3. That would hurt either Private Leagues, Cup Matches, or NT games.

4. Why are you still an owner if you can't figure out how to get control of your Arena and economy? Maybe they could design it so that you could have a special on one night. Discount hot dogs or beer.

5. You have from Saturday to Wednesday to find a scrimmage. If you are not active enough to find one, then it's understandable that you shouldn't have a scrimmage.

6/7. Don't care.

8. Maybe. There is training focus on Forwards (SF and PF) and Wingmen (SG and SF) already. It is a bit frustrating that you can't train the middle position on its own.

9. I support a fix of enthusiasm. After my game on the last Tuesday of the season, my team's enthusiasm was at 13. Before Saturday's game? It was at 9. Really? I'm not sure what my enthusiasm was after Saturday's game, which I TIE'd, but my enthusiasm before my playoff game was at 10. I TIE'd every game in the last 3rd of the season and my enthusiasm entering my playoff game was only 10. Maybe some levels should be added.

10. Enthusiasm is already affected by CT'ing. It goes back to the enthusiasm problem.

11. What?

12. I am perfectly happy with training on Fridays only. Training is meant to be a double edged sword. It's meant for the patient and that's a part of the game when you're an owner. It takes more than one season to develop a player in real life.

all 4 are good ... but the best, and I beleive MUST is 3. Reduce Season duration ... I would double number of games and have only one (working) day free ... this game is great and in all manager games I was creating my onw players rather then buying them, but it's so slow here that I am not sure I will be able to stick with it if nothing changes

ev·o·lu·tion
n.
1. A gradual process in which something changes into a different and usually more complex or better form.

Keep acting ignorant mate, instead of making those owners manage their teams correctly, just let them f*ck themselves.
Maybe you should throw away everything and remake the lifestyle of the stone age. lol
