I think, that I will use Utopia for training development. At the moment, I don´t think, that I going to be competetiv. Just experementing a bit and try some new things :-)

Are we allowed to trade between our teams? The last thing I heard was, that we aren´t allowed to send our trainees to the second team. Beside, there is always a high risk, that we get overbid. Maybe you guys know more than me :-)
