I can't agree with you. I always try to introduce something more, do something better. For example: Last season I've decided to show my rankings of players with sum of skills to make NT closer to whole community, give people heroes and possibility to follow them. I think that such examples can also show users right directions in training, and motivate them to higher effort.

Su visa pagarba seniuk, visiems nusišikt ko nori treneris. Spės nespės pamaina užaugti irgi nelabai nuo trenerio priklauso, žmonės realiai 10+ sezonų apsiima auginimui kol atsiranda šansų. Tai visiškai nepelninga ir užsiima dažniausiai vegetuojantys. Viskas ne taip paprasta kaip gali atrodyti iš šono.
Vien dabar matant kaip jaunimą augina, dar koks 90% neturi supratimo išvis ką daro.

What reason? The same like always: I want to develop players and win next trophies:-) I just like such kind of challenges. It's a still big challenge for me in each single season. It's not so easy to win something with such kind of country like Lithuania, when tough training of players to age of 29 (for such many seasons) isn't very attractive for most of users like it is in Spain, Italy, China or even Poland. In this countries for many users it's main fun which they find in this game.

It's also a way to move their teams on the top, by using quality, which their players give. It's not a popular way to go on the top in Lithuania. I still try to change this in your minds. I think I manage to do it step by step. Look for example on team of s3uqez (178153). He went on the top thanks in large part to Dromantas (40355359). I think training players to NT is very profitable when you can use it to go on the top.
