Why do you train FT and Stamina that much? I mean it's useful, but you can look my team, my performance and my arena... I never trained any of that, I started from 2nd league, won it, and then next year won the 1st league... My arena is always between 8000-10500 visitors...

That's your choice, and I respect it, but you could accomplish much, much more...

you have a right - I didn't know before that training of a FT is a same effective even on a older age...

however I think that Stamina and FT are more important than you think. My plan is to have a team only from my drafts and I waited until this one to start a regular training

- I'm not here to win a trophy every year.. I'm here to win that with my own made players only and if I will choose the other way in the future - it will be still possible, because of my arena and saved money

This game is a briliant because approve even my strategy

I'm not saying there's something wrong with your strategy... I play this game mostly cause I like to see my players improving, I can't wait till next salary update, I enjoy it :)

The positions I don't train, I simply buy some good players... And I buy centers with good Passing, cause they fit perfectly to Outside focus Tactics... But I like to have foreign players in my team, from different countries and continents... It adds much to my enjoyment of the game...

...and I'm not saying that you say that there is anything wrong:)

I'm strange guy with a strange strategy and I know it

The two main reasons why I choosed this way are:

1, the curious if there is a possibility to success with only own drafted players (+ 2-3 foreign helpers)

2, practically no chance to buy a multiskilled player in a condition I want, mostly are players trained very badly (3 skills behemoths) and demand a huge salary (no thank you:)) and if there are few on the market - they are very expensive

Can I ask how many minutes do real BB players play in a week..

Understanding they have more games so as a percentage would you get someone start all games? or every other game?

I think it all depends on the league. In the NBA, starter might play 3 * 42 minutes = 126 minutes / week. In college, starter might play 2 * 35 = 70 minutes / week.

But BB has other considerations that just realism. You need the proper game play too...

Cheers - I totally understand - just wanted to put it into perspective - I would imagine that 99% of players have equivalent of Prominent stamina so there is a good argument for our players not playing much at all in the lower stamina levels.

So how many hours does a the dedicated gym rat or kid play hoops down at the park or the local YMCA/B&GC?

7 * 120 = 840 minutes / week (maybe more)
