Can confirm “Nations of” countries don’t update in BM.
What I did was list down all the remaining flags I haven’t collected yet and go to the country page of each one when scrimmages are available. In the bottom of the page you can see the top 10 teams from that country. Just select those you want to invite for a scrimmage (make sure they are active teams based on the last login date).
