Nice work,

I think it is a good move you did with removing training parrot, witch the training guide is on the scout tab anyway. I love how you added Stamina to the scout training guide, Also the calculators tab is just an awesome addition.

I've downloaded the tool something like 5 times, and it's never worked.

I get the blue Windows screen with a series of messages saying:
"Setup is copying temporary files"
then
"Setup is starting"
and then an error popup that says
"Windows Setup cannot parse the provided command-line options."

Running Win7 Ultimate 64-bit.

Shouldn't be any sort of setup there... one's an Excel spreadsheet (.xls), and one is an Open Office spreadsheet (.ods). Sounds like you have some sort of file association problem.

That's what happens when I try to open the downloaded thingy (.ods).

Do you have OpenOffice Calc installed? Try re-installing/repair installing that, to repair the file association. Alternatively, right click on the .ods file and choose "Open With..." and then choose OpenOffice Calc from that box that comes up and check the box for "always use this program to open files of this type" or similar.

Alternately, if you're a Microsoft Excel user, you need to click on "View all files" to the right of "Download Now" and download cp_2_0_excel.xls
