Well you also have to realise who we have been talking to and how we have been talke to. Also let me tell you, Mike Franks and I exchanged blows many times in the past, especially when Mike Franks was Marin's personal favourite new user. Ah the irony. Things may change quickly indeed.

If you got 'tired' of me I guarantee you have no idea of how annoyed at Marin I was for the way he handled himself. I opened new threads in Global when Marin and Perpete imposed or challenged me to (and the same goes for Mike Franks). I hope you will forgive me at some point! I promise I won't open any more for at least a month!!! Drop me an email if you want to vent your frustration, haha. :)

I don't want to hijack you guys' thread, maybe Perpete is responsible for linking this thread, lol.

I wish you all a great season!!

man the injury bug has suddenly hit my team and it's not been pretty. while buonfini is a relatively minor piece to my team, his absence will be sorely missed in the very near future. it could cost me 4-6 points this next game (rough estimate). enrici's injury cost me a lot more than that last game, and his injury ended up lasting 2.5 weeks thanks to the grace of the bb gods. i could've really used him last game, and now his game shape is super low so it'll be a couple weeks still until he's fully recovered and my team is once again at full strength. i mean i know this season is all but a throwaway for me, but winning helps attendance helps revenue helps the franchise's long term goals.

injury bug hit you? Man 2 weeks ago i have Tommy go down for a "1 week" injury that lasted 3 games and cost me my cup game. And then immediately following IN A SCRIMMAGE Para goes down!!! I know the BB-GMs listening in to our feed will like that. (First didn't know injuries in a scrimmage carried over?... been on this game for 8+ seasons now and first time I've ever seen it.) But I digress. To my point my second best player following my best player's injury gets injured for 4 WEEKS in a SCRIMMAGE I repeat! So with Tommy being hurt and now followed by Para being hurt i have to completely look at what i am going to do this season in the second half. A 4 week injury at this point means out rest of the season. NO ONE is going to bid on a 33 year old player who's out for the rest of the season. So he wont ever sell. And with him being out that long i dont think i will win another game to be honest. maybe 2 against Pearl & Potatoes. But that wont be enough to keep me out of the 6th spot which will mean a relegation series against Ballstars or Chickens both teams played me well and again i would be playing them very short handed. This could go from being a quick rebuild training year to a fight just to not relegate to D4. wow what a turn of events huh????

I had one of those 3 week injuries once, losing a key player because I failed to set a lineup for a scrimmage.

Also I don't think Lob City needs to worry about the relegation threat. All the pressure is on the Streets, although I do see the playoff race tightening up a lot down the stretch.

Trust me i hardly ever play anyone besides trainees or bench. But I called myself being "smart" and leveling out the weekly minutes to maybe get a little post ASG surge in game shape. And it ended up costing me a key player for the remainder of the regular season. So much for "smart" decision. Its alright I had to talk myself off the panic button. I put him up for sale just to see if anyone would take a guy that age, with that salary who isn't going to be able to play 1 min until playoff round 2 at the earliest.

But if i was just in "rebuilding" but yet being respectable mode before. It looks like BucsBlue will be in a full tank for a while. I could see myself finishing 11-11 this season (thats with me being a 9 win team currently) ugh
