Josef, would you be interested in developing a coding line (like you did with salaries) for Hollinger's PER?

For those who arent familiarized with him, he's probably NBA's Josef Ka - the guy with the formulas, numbers and all.

He had developed a formula to indicate player efficiency based on a number of stats and adjustments to pace/position/minutes...

The problem is that every league has a different level,so PER statistics will be not so reliable

But the coding line would fit for any league, and that means weach league would better evaluate whos the best player in it.

Surely it would be a global parameter, but a very interesting aspect for the users
.

can someone give the formulas where the blocking counted in small forward rating and the others. or passing for all the players etc..
