actually, it's nearly impossible to win away against the ratings Bullish put up. Maybe only Silverbacks can do it. I'm pretty sure it can't be done with a vanilla LI, even given the extra effort.

My impression of this game looking at the ratings is that you were lucky for 40 minutes, and then caught some regression.

Well, i can't say I expected to win this game on the road...but to get absolutely destroyed 30-4 at the end of the quarters is a painful way to lose.

agreed. but I wouldn't necessarily infer that something needs to be changed in your team. sometimes one sees a pattern where there is just randomness.

I definitely hear what you are saying...but after a 2 point road loss, a 5 point road loss, and then tonight...it feels like we are close, but not quite there in terms of being a contender.

Except for Brian, his team matches up really well with mine and he can just murder me. He beat me by double digits Away in the PL game on Friday.

Well other than the Star Fliers after they sold their short-term center.

Not sure why he sold him. He did amazing vs me. And although it's a small sample size, the guy is 5 of 7 from Three this season. A big who can shoot jumpers seems like a pretty solid contributor to an outside oriented team.

Looks like the day he was sold was the day you played them.
It's probably a good move long term. They were winless at the time & pretty much locked into at best a relegation match anyway. The guy was 33 too.

Actually the Star Fliers still have a better overall lineup than me. Without Alas I literally have a D3 roster. My 2nd best scoring option is a $39k center.

quantity over quality. your players are lethargic cause they're zombies and just keep coming in waves.

I've always entertained the notion of a deep roster with great defense, amazing stamina, and doing Full Court Press + Run N Gun or something. Just try and run the other team off the court.

Not sure if it's feasible in the BB sim, but it'd be a fun team to watch.

Vardis Sourpiss might be only 1 for 97 shooting this season (in 6 games played), but he once made a 2-point shot in Dexter Dennison's face. Dexter was still an NT guard at the time.

I'm pretty sure Sourpiss could school Laverne Goddard or Nemesio Xermade in similar fashion.
