I only scouted 7 players and my top 2 choices were:

1) 5/5 A+ 19 yr old that turned out to be Joiner. I figured that was him since he is the only one seem to match the scout ratings. I posted the question because I'm as much surprise as Procta to see his skill sets given the A+ rating. I guess most of his salary comes from the 8 JS and 7 JR.

2) 5/4 A+ 19'yr old who I think I drafted. He turns out to be a decent player 7/2/8/6/6/6 3/8/2/7 PA but most likely will put on the market since I rather train the 18yr old SS. Training at this level is difficult so I'm not sure I can do much anyhow.

That is correct. I'm really frustrated as a 19 year old A+ prospect should have more than 45 skill points imo. I've had 18 y/o, A draftees with more points than that.

Yeah, I too was surprise to see his skills. Not sure how that was rated A+.

to be the optimist, maybe he is ready to pop in a number of skills.

but, really, even if he were to have 5 quick pops, that ain't much for 19 yrs. old.

That's a good explanation and one I'd buy. I'm just bummed that my other two 19 y/o, A+ draftees had at least 12 more skill points.
