After years not playing, I recently started again. My strategy of getting the best draft pick worked out and now my bank balance is around 1.7M.

Since there is no competition in my league, I will not invest it further in my roster. So should I put this money in team infrastructure (Gym, Training Court,...). If so, which one should I upgrade first? Or should I invest in an Arena expansion in a few weeks, and keep the infrastructure till next season?

Thanks in advance!

First of all, welcome back!

I would suggest investing first in arena expansion to help you stabilize your finances in the long run. Reaching an ideal setup for your arena as quickly as possible would improve your team faster than you investing in infrastructures. You can survive the first few seasons without the infrastructures, you just need to have a good trainer for your trainees.

I remember this was asked & answered regarding blocked shots. I don't remember reading about fouls though. Apologies if this has been answered before:

1. Are shots which resulted in a shooting foul included in the Matchup Ratings (points per 100)? I presume they aren't but in case they actually are:
-> 1.1 Are they calculated with their shot-before-the-foul success probability or with the FTs' success probability?
-> 1.2 How about 'and one'-s?

2. Do shooting fouls depend on shot quality? In other words - is it more likely that a shot with high success probability results in a shooting foul or it is completely random shotwise?

Why most of my players got substituted after 28? Is it a bug.
Setup was: Starter Backup Backup, FDC
No blowout, injury, exhaustion or foul trouble. Stamina 5-7
(128851799)

In the match before the players reached 30-40 minutes like expected with same lineup.

Krall, Tino, Gajic, and Steiner are all getting substituted regularly throughout the game (they all came on as a unit at 5:21 remaining in the 1Q, went off at 0:25 remaining, etc).

It looks like you just had really long runs of play without a stoppage that the game engine recognized as a time where substitutions are possible (other than stoppages within a very short time of when the backups had come in, such that FDC wasn't ready to rotate the starters back in yet).

I've had similar results with FDC, I usually spend those games cussing at my monitor about how the BB coach is too incompetent to call timeouts to manage his rotation

One of my rookies had a stamina drop in their first week of training. What's up with that?..

Stamina, like all skills, has sublevels. So average stamina, for example, might be anything from 6.00 to 6.99 stamina. Unlike other skills, stamina gradually degrades every week for all players, regardless of age. So your rookie started with a very low sublevel (e.g. 6.01 if he was average) and then dropped to a very high sublevel of the tier below (e.g. 5.98).

You can reduce the amount of stamina decrease through a Trainer with the Fitness specialty and/or a Nutritionist. With very high levels of Nutritionist, stamina decay will completely stop or you might possibly get _very small_ increases of stamina on a weekly basis (estimates for a Level 7 Nutritionist range around 1 pop every 2-3 seasons)

Interesting. Thanks for the response.

And how much of an increase in sublevels can I expect if I train stamina for a week?

ok, thanks. I think a rework for the devs is necessary here. It ruins GS, Training and if it happens in important games, it can ruin seasons.

They could also play longer for the rest of the game to reach the required minutes.

I usually see about 2/3d of my players gain levels when I train stamina for 1 week, so my assumption is that training stamina is around 0.6-0.7 of a level per week per player.

And I'm assuming this growth is independent of age, unlike other forms of training. Or no?
