Thanks all.

I have put most of my money into arena expansion with a few minor transfers.

Promoting is not a sure thing but pushing to see if I can does make sense.

i think div3 is a better place to stockpile money and take your time developping trainees especially off-position

however, as long as you dont overspend to stay relatively competitive in div2, i dont see why not to promoting
its more fun in div2, more thinking in planning and strategizing... like the old times

The training in div III may be easier but it is boring as heck. Only 4 active players and I use active loosely...

Draft question - What is the range of a 5 ball potential player? Is that MVP or better?

Salaries have changed a bit, and 19yo can now start with strong skills instead of respectable (hence a really good 19yo can be as valuable as a really good 18yo), but otherwise it still follows this post: (144856.13)

Well here is hoping for a miracle. ATG would be sick, but I will be happy just to get the guy I have in the number 1 spot.

Bots and a few fairly inactive manager will all draft in front of me.

Wish we ever had a draft pool like the one in my Utopian league
I'll have 4th pick at worst and so decided to have a look
How about this:

2 (5x & 5x) 18 year old at the top
a 5x5 19 year old
a 4x5 18 year old
5x4 18 yr old and a 5x4 19 year old

Many seasons we've been lucky to see even the 5th best pick in one of ours

Oh, I got last season my Top pick and (i guess it was ... ) my 5th pick .... and I was so lucky, that both weren´t unable to play the game without being fouled-out after 20 minutes ... That sucked really.

Hell Ya - We are coming from the North to conquer your arena ...

Damn you Salary Floor!

I don't really recall the salary floor being an issue during my first stint on BB but what a pain. I am currently over 100k below the salary floor. Thankfully I do not need to meet it for a couple months but even that is going to be a stretch. Adding 100k worth of players in this market will cost millions, making millions will take several seasons.

Staying put in div II may be harder then originally thought, especially with the new promotion/demotion stuff.

Thoughts or advice are always enjoyed...
