We have enough D2.3 alumni here, please don't bring another into this side of the league haha Tucumcari took me down in the playoffs, and I had to face off twice against Pappy...the rivalries will continue if Paps joins the Big 8. Congrats to Ozone, job well done.

Thanks everybody for the congratulations. Even with a great team, it takes so much luck to win both trophies in terms of avoiding injuries and getting good cup matchups, so I'm really lucky it all came together for me this season.

All you needed was to avoid disastrous misfortune. In Season 30, Tucamcari was the best by a long shot ...

Well, avoiding disastrous misfortune is a form of luck. :)

Joking aside, let's say that preseason I had a 40% chance of winning the cup and a 60% chance of winning the NBBA title. Those are really good chances and probably double those of the next highest competitors, but still only give me a 24% chance of winning the double. So even though I was probably a favorite to win each trophy, I still think it took plenty of luck to win either of them, much less both of them.
