By the way, I don't know if I would ever train ID/OD. The pops would take too long. I want to see my pops!

I'm for hte "new training party" and also I think thet i'll use this training few times in a season, because the pops in every case will take too long, but if i need to use my Ap in playoff and he need some improvements in both the defence in this period,i could use it

I found this interesting discussion searching in forums suggestions for training schemes. I will go through this thread more detailed but without losing my original idea I will post right away.

My problem is that I train SF-s:) And I want to give them 1on1 training but want to exclude PG (if I play him at SG), PF and the whole other team. I guess it's been asked before but I can't find the threads:

make it possible 1on1 training for wingmen SG/SF!

the best way for us managers would be custom made training.

which means you pick positions (in any combination) and also choose your primary trainingskills, and 2 or 3 secondaries.

Until that point, we will keep inventing all kinds off trainingtypes, since no matter which ones they'll add, we will always want to option for more combinations. ;)

Ah, and if we've reached that point, we do not need to stop... we could push it to the point where we get to choose playernames instead of positions... ;)

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

In fact, I like that training SF-s is sort of challenge- you plan your minutes, positions, training type etc. I love looking for balance in these fields and finding best solutions for my trainees. I like to train my SF-s to unique players which are not so common and therefore more valued on transfer market. I don't want that my training and financial plan for many seasons would be ruined with some radical changes in training.

All that said, I principally support current training system, but still think that 1on1 training should be available also for wingmen, with the same position choices as for jump shot.

That's insane. Then all these people that have been working hard to get their SG/SF players trained in driving by playing them out of position will be adversely affected if this happened.

Everyone would have a team full of driving/handing superstars. nobody wants this.

A lot of sense in that post.
Out of interest, do you use multiple position training?

Yeah, cause the game engine has obviously been completely re-written in the last two years.
Shovel jokes stopped being funny like 10 years ago, yet you had to dig that one up?
