Close Game!Well, another good win for the Mountain Eagles as they took on friendly rival Green Grove Lasers. The Eagles also get their first win in the SC League, defeating them 93-82. The player of the game was Val Delong, who had an amzing showing, even though he had too many minutes. He almost had a triple-double! He had
15 points, 20 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block! He we are with him, Val, how did like that you had a chance to make Mountain Eagles history, of being the youngest/2nd player with a triple-double? "Man, I hate what Terrence did. He keeps on doing his stupid experiments. He scrapped me away from a T-D. He needs to stop that. Anyways, great day, I was really pushing for the T-D, but coach took me out. And the rest is on the stat board. I mean, I had a day rebounding. I'm not even that good rebounding! I couldn't believe that I could almost get a triple double! Hopefully I can get more opportunities like this soon. Now time too go and train my defense on Coleman!" Another player who had a great day was Henrique Forjaz, who had an amzing day coming
off the bench! He was able to snag a double-double, having 16 points, 11 boards, 2 assists, and 2 blocks.
In his 15 minutes! Here he is: "Man, a good day coming off the bench to get some minutes. I really came in handy when I gone in and showed my clutchness! Hopefully I can still show how clutch I am in Philadelphia. Let's go and beat those SIXERS, who will be in those black unis. But still, I can show and I want to make a statment to this league that I am
serious of winning this league." Now, another good performance, was Esen Rabi, who had 16 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, and 3 blocks. Here he is: "Man, I had a good day today. I wished I had made some 3s. But still, 16 points is 16 points. I made a good game against the Lasers." Now other notable performances were Kruger, with 12 points, and eleven points each by Catandil and Weinstein. Here's tough on the performance: "Man, IDK what to say. Let's do highlights first" Ok, well The Eagles came out strong in the first, despite the big defense. Both shot horrible the whole game. So in the end of the 1st quarter, the Eagles had a lead on the Lasers, 25-17. In the 2nd quarter, they still kept on being good, with Delong getting a lot of boards and shots. At the break they were ahead by 15, 46-31.But the 3rd, everything changed. Green Grove went on a 14-3 run in the start in the third, narrowing the lead to 4. Then they just kept shooting, and shooting, and shooting, lead by Dan Roe, who had an astounding 30 points on the day. At the 4th, the Eagles were down by 1. They were starting to lose ground, and the Lasers with about 6:30 left, had a 4 point lead. But then the tides started to change. Forjaz came in and changed everyrthing. The the lead was in Mountain Eagles' hand. They then finished up the game on free throws, and Delong being 1 pass short of a triple-double. The Eagles had an amzing 30-18 quarters, which lead them to a 93-82 win. Now bak to tough: "Man, a great day for us. I can't believe this, but we can stand our ground and make comebacks, this time we were able to do it cause it was a 1 point deficit. But still, great day, and now Delong is getting stronger day by day. He's gonna be a legend in our team." Now coach Marcus Terrence, "Man, I just got told by tough. I'll cut down my experiments. Ic forgot to look at the stat board. And now a lot of fans are booing me

. I though that 9 was a 6. So i subbed him. Sorry Delong. I'll keep the stat board in my hand next time." Well, stay tuned Saturday, as the Mountain Eagles take on the Philadelphia 76ersss, at 7PM on TNT.
