I think it would be a hit if it was integrated into the site. Instead of a external chatroom. People are too lazy to install and configure settings.

like riceball said...if it would be a limb to the site...like a finger on the BB...or a arm, what you prefer=)

i think its not bad to create a community wherein it gives interaction to members

well any chatroom needs a moderator or ops

but thats where the aaahheemm*** GM's ***mmmmm for, something caught my throat back there.

well another problem is arguement and the cursing and worst the threats especially from close minded or even retards trying to say something not even sensible.

Bots can easily be made/downloaded for IRC, and they can monitor language -- kicking or banning for specific words or phrases.

Arguments will happen anywhere, be it on the forums or in a chat room. It's unavoidable, but a small side effect to what could otherwise be a great tool in bringing together the community.

well in the beginning i did idle 24/7 but not many peopz showed up...
anyway something official would be nice, best it would be an official chat linked somewhere in the community menu (easy one click link, irc could be optional) so everybody who`s like to join a chat had a chance to do so.
i think its not that much work, but it would be a very nice feature in many ways, for helping people, watching games together or talking about the development and the future of the game...
