4 pops is still just a speculation and speculative debate can't offer us the truth. I will say once again, we need a comparative analysis and I would really like to read some posts with the experience of the level 7 trainer teams. If you know some thread please let me know.

I'm surprised you are only making 60k a week.

And 8 million is easy to make, I think I have probably made close to that and I have only been playing for 1 season now.
I am top in my conference at the moment, and am making over 150k profit a week.

Also, is there a guide as to the relative value over individual, 2 player, 3 player and team training.
For example, let's say that individual training gives you .8 increase in a skill for 3 players trained a week which would equal a 2.4 gross increase in skill for the week (of course only for those 3 players).
Would these be comparable?
2 player training - .4 increase for 6 players = 2.4 gross
3 player training - .25 increase for 9 players = 2.25 gross
team training - X for 15 players = 2.4 gross.

All these numbers are guesses and this is meant to be posed as a question. What training regiment would yield the greatest team weekly gross increase?

I would've make them (the millions) but I spent a fortune on Arena and staff and I didn't want to go in a higher division. Next season I expect my income to be around 200k a week (average) with total of 2,8M earnings for that season. Still my "excel file" says I will need 3.165.000 for my desired arena. I projected the upgrade process to end in 3 seasons (each season I will spend a little over 1M). Starting with Season 16 I will have a team with finished infrastructure, with 4M in my bank, aiming for great results :) And yes, to get back to the topic, level 7 trainer still doesn't seems like a good deal to me. And giving a lot of thinking I think you are right: unless you are training player for NT (and especially SF NT) you don't need level 7 trainer.

I can see where have differed in opinion. Sounds like you were talking about top of the line best in the world NT SF. Whereas i was looking slightly lower. In which case the same argument could be made that you need a level 7 trainer to make a best in the world type PG or C. In your example i would still class player 1 as a very good player. Thanks for the healthy debate though.

I think the money you could save by having a level 4 trainer could be uesd to buy players for your team that would be better than having 4 extra pop ups, or simply to expand your arena a lot.

Thanks thats useful information to know. It looks like over 6 seasons it would make a bit of a difference. So players you train will be better but whether it is actually better for your team performance is another matter. As suggested the money u save from having a lower trainer could be spent on your arena or other players.

I ended up purachasing an exceptional trainer, even though I'm only in DV and dont have trainees with the best potential.

I had enough money in the bank, and didn't want to have it just sit there.
His salary is just a lttie over 19K so I think it's a good investment in the long run.

Thanks for all the help guys!

Thats a nice salary for an Exceptional trainer you will be able to keep him for quite a few seasons before u might think of replacing him with a cheaper option.

How much did it cost you to buy the exceptional trainer?
