Hey! I got a brilliant idea...How bout you dont wast 150k on scouting, and just wait till everyone drafts, and you can get a player for 100k that would prob be better then the one you'll draft!!!! If you agree gimme a BALL.

Well I expect at least a player with 4.5k salary or more with superstar potential or more. I'm sure I can't get such player for 100k, and my nationality to boot.

Hi guys,

I was just wondering, with this system that allows us to determine the exact ages and heights of the players in the draft, what's to stop 2 guys in the same division sharing the scouting load? I mean, i know the player numbers are random, but the physical stats will be the same.

Seems like there is an easy way to bend the rules somewhat here.

I did this last season, with 2 other guys from my division. Combining the info gives you a lot more information and a lot more oppertunities to scout just those draftees that you're interested in. We anded up with a spreadsheet with as much info as we could gather with the 3 of us. Most of our scouting points went to prospects that we all agreed on scouting. Then the last two weeks, each of us got to spend their own points on whoever we wanted.

My success rate was very low, but I finished 3rd in the division, so all the good guys were already taken by someone else.

In my current division, no one seems interested. Maybe afraid of going after the same prospects?

Ok great. seem's strange that it's not more popular, say if you agreed to do it with a team of similar strengh. I still doubt that anyone in my division will get involved. I wonder if the BBs want this strategy in the game or not. kinda seems similar to the mTIE affair.
