2. They're only on ONE page. It's not like the BBs stuck them in every available free spot on the site.

You're not advertising, you're letting Facebook advertise. A billboard lets a company advertise when it sells its space, as does a newspaper, as does the side of a bus.

If the logo is on this site, then Facebook is advertising on this site. It even goes a step further and links to Facebook while allowing Facebook to collect personal information. That directly violates the terms of the Supporter agreement.

In that case, why hasn't anyone complained about the advertisement for Adobe Flash that's been at the bottom of the page forever?
