No reason to get more skills with no additional cost.

One solution is to give the users a meaning to limit training to a point upon future salary.
For example - one who will ask to train a specific player up to 20K$ of salary will see that player not improving when reaching that point. A notification may be added to the training page at the end of that week.

The problem with centers is that it almost makes no sense of training them in range, passing, outside defense... because its either unnecessary or extremely slow to train.

If those "well rounded" players were that superior to monoskillers we would see more of them, so I guess either the users are idiots, or the upside of a couple of skillups in tertiary skills is marginal at best.

As I said before, we cant field five LaBrons...

Passing is virtually untrainable for a tall player in this game.

There is the slow training speed, he has to play out of position and more often than not the starting skill is so bad that it would take you seasons of training to reach a decent level. If a C comes with a 7 in passing I will gladly take it, but I would never waste my time to train that skill.

That sounds unrealistic to me. A 25yo 7'4 C would get a pop in passing every three weeks? I doubt it.

Even if it was that fast, there is still the issue of out of position playing. Then you want some JR, OD, HA, DR and JS on top of it... impossible if you dont start with a balance rookie.

I don't think "impossible" is the word you're looking for. Maybe difficult or inconvenient or unconventional, perhaps?

Nothing is impossible. But you will have to make sacrifices. If your not go out on the TL and buy one instead. There is always an option open for you.

18-28yo 7'0-7'4 PA in PG position gives a 0.42 increase in skill.
Pressure for PG: 0.24
JS for forwards : 0.16

I bought a pretty good trainee this season and i am starting with his outside skills as he is pretty bad on both ends. 48 mins in scrimmages dont cost me that much tbh.
Do you actually think that a 18YO player is trained the same as a 28YO. Seriously?

Above, Manon argued that 18-28YO 7"4 in PG will increase is passing skill by 0.42.
Then after confronting him with facts, he changed his claim.
Did you noticed that?
I hope you understand that it cannot be true that a 18YO will be as easy to train as a 25YO and surely not 28YO.
