Ok people, I have been in this game for a long time and I have been active for all the period I have been here. There are a few more like me, active managers and perhaps the closest is Ekleptismenos.
I have already been NT manager for 2 seasons and here is my opinion. Being a NT Coach does not need extraordinary experience. We all know what the best tactics are in each game based on our own streght and our opponents weakeness. You dont have to be a wizzard to decide what is the best plan. You just have to keep watching on the abilities of the opponents players and the way he usually plays, offensivly and defensively. its no magic. I assume there are a lot of managers that can be candidates for the NT based on their experience in the game. Pistoleroi, Ekleptismenoi, Bc teammate, Cyprus Fighters, Keraynos, Steve and many others that have been playing the game for a long time.So lets assume we are all capable in this domain. What makes the difference?
When I used to be NT coach I spent most of my time emailing managers to train their players. I remember a NT player named Kostas Smeros, my god I tried so much with his manager to make him NT matterial. Every week I used to complain to him, training training training, and eventually he became a good player for our NT. This in my opinion is what makes the difference. If someone wishes to become the NT coach I would expect him to spend most of his time emailing managers and trying to make them train their players. If someone is willing to walk the mile, then he should be the NT coach.

Do not vote because the other guy is a friend of yours and perhaps you expect him to put your player in the NT for the merchandise (most managers do that, and NT coaches). Vote because you believe he will do what is right for the NT team. Vote for the person you believe will be fair to the other managers and their players. The person who will reward someone if he trains his players week after week. Someone who will punish a manager if he doesnt train his players hard. Who will not include those players in the starting 12. Vote for the right manager.
Remember that the NT coach you will vote for will be for the next 2 seasons. Decide carefully.
