Sorry I just started playing so I didn't know skills are invisible here are they

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: awful Handling: awful
Driving: mediocre Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: pitiful Free Throw: inept

Like I said, pretty good starting skills to begin with, I personally don't know too well how to train a PF, but what I want from my PF's is high IS, ID, RB, JS and JR is somewhat important too.. I would train the other skills (except SB, STA and FT) on a regurlar bases too, just so they make a well arounded PF who can also play at SF

probably will not make our U21 NT


Disagree.. potential doesn't really come into play for the U21, at least not nearly as much as it would for the NT. With an allstar he has plenty of potential to train the guy, and not cap before he is 21..

:D I didn't want to open a new thread because I thought this one was a general debate on training players, anyway you could hear some useful advice too I hope from these guys that answered me.
