Women BB players? Seriously?

Who is going to pay extra for a WNBA-type second team. Plus they would have a waste time/money/resources to make a face generator for women players.

Let's be realistic here.

Yes, seriously.

Pro Women teams:
- just give each player a flag "male" or "female". Male players can't play in female teams and vice versa
- you can just duplicate the league-system and keep those leagues totally separated from the male leagues etc.
- no need for dozens of new rules, e.g. no transfers allowed between 1st and 2nd team etc.
- no need for dozens of new implementations because of rules trying to prevent new forms of farming, cheating, stealing drafts etc..
- no draft sabotage by foreign players

Cons:
- new name databases (which could easily be bought)
- new faces

A lot of guys out there would even stop screaming for cheerleaders, I bet!

There is still one big issue that BB-Marin hasn't touched upon. Drafts!!

You can't have some Chinese/Korean/Thailand having a second team in Japan with the intentions of losing on purpose so they can engage in Draft pick sabotage.I say make all second teams outside of the original teams region.

No offense, but China does not need to sabotage Japan since they keep dominating Asian tournaments and have won much more than your country, while Korea and Thailand has even less users than Japan so they can't really be able to sabotage you even if they want :D

Yeah, having women teams idea would be a much better idea, who enjoys the game can have their own female league to enjoy while not alter the actual leagues :D

I like it. I would also propose that the 50k bonus for new managers the first few weeks should not be given to secondary teams because anyone doing this should know the game well enough to get their economy off on the right foot without those training wheels. Is there any possibility of allowing team to apply for specific lower level leagues in case they have friends that would like to all start off in the new leagues together? I'm not sure if that's a good idea or not anyhow, but it probably at least merits consideration.

I like everything, except:

9. B3 restriction: Secondary teams cannot qualify for B3. They are replaced by the first league or cup runner up which isn't a secondary team of any manager.

The second team should be allowed to play the B3 if the primary team is not qualified.

Agree.

I like it btw, it's risky because it will become weird to catch cheaters, but I think another pro is to shut down the door to "I'm playing in the same league for 16 season, one team promoted is not fair" and so on. With the second team you can compete in a different league, against different people, maybe with also different way of doing things in BB. It's a great challenge to adapt your style to something new.

Would the two teams have separate finances or would they be on the same budget?

Also, what would happen to a secondary team should a user's supporter period expire?
