I won my league and promoted to USA D.II, finally, after losing in the finals in D.III for five straight seasons.
My team is good, but it's going to be a challenge to stay in the new league I'm in.
I'm in the more challenging conference as well.

I have been in III.9 for a few seasons now after finally getting out of a really tough D-IV league.

And every season I finish in 3rd place and lose the first playoff game.

And right now I'm in 3rd place again. Feels like I'm on a treadmill.

I am training a couple young big men and have several pieces in place, so the chances of getting the right talent in place to make a run at the top teams might not be too far off. Hopefully.

I'm in the Dutch II.3 league. Second season, last season I was happy to end 5th place. This season I want to get my trainee (guard) some inside training. So we'll see where I end up, but I should be able to maintain in this competition.

What's up with II.4 anyways? It's been the absolute hardest place to promote out of in the history of BB USA and it seems like it will never change.

One of these days I'll be up there

Plan on winning D.IV this season and holding steady in D.III next season but the season after that my trainees should be good enough to promote out of III.

It was a bit of a rude awakening to go from my happiness with promotion from DIII finally and land in a particularly brutal DII. I thought about taking the financial windfall and tanking back to DIII for about ten seconds, and then decided that I wanted to go for it and make it a successful season. For me, success in my first season of DII means not demoting, and right now that is by no means going to be an easy task. I've invested in a couple serious additions, and have unloaded a trainee that simply wouldn't be getting any minutes this season.

Best of luck in your current season! I'll be checking in to see how your quest to promote is going.

Oh whoa, Kells Killers is in your league! They bought one of my first draftees, Merlin Vick, off the transfer line almost 10 seasons ago. He had a pretty solid run with them until he was transferred away recently.

Well, I gave it a valiant run, but IV.34 will not be producing the Cup champion a second year in a row. I thought I had a decent shot today, with my best lineup ready and good Ent. I played it Normal, too. But my opponent was clearly stronger, plus at home. Oh well ... Now it's time to figure out how much salary I really want to carry in this league with no Cup income anymore.

Well, I just tanked out of the notorious USA II.4. I'm just trying to stay up in D III while training my HoF draftee. At this point, it looks like getting 6th and winning the relegation series is how this season will end. Assuming, of course, no big injuries and the 7th and 8th place teams don't try to compete harder.
