While he has made coding changes to the game, to suggest that he's suddenly just going to randomly generate players out of his rear end and throw them on the market after doing not that much to stem the prices of the market the past few seasons seems just a little bit ridiculous.

I also think that demand on the market can be artificially created by creating a Utopia League (increases demand for 6+ potential prospects to develop and veterans to help establish a spot within the utopia bracket) and then again by telling the handful of teams close to or slightly above the soft cash cap that their money was devalued if they wanted to keep on hoarding it. the rise and fall of the user base is the most dependable tool, but not the only thing can create the supply and demand.

Well, you seem to be the only one who suggested that. I was asked how it could happen and I answered the question, that's all. Unfortunately you are right that he isn't likely to reverse his approach, which has been to restrict FA's, not enrich the transfer market.

I'd love that too but apparently the BBs are happy to see high level players leave the game and reduce the standard of players at the top end of the leagues so I don't have much hope for that.

at the same time, we have a ton of 40+ y.o. players under 4k salary
those players should automatically retire in the offseason

I agree with that too. I think I said in another thread that it made no sense that useful players retire and old has beens or never weres are still available. Particularly, though not solely, because some newer users might not realise the risk of greatly overpaying for that kind of player.

I've read a lot of blame about blaming Utopia for the skyrocketing prices...however...
I'm searching for Utopian players on the TL, and they are mostly under age 24 and above Star potential (mostly)

Well... Example:

Utopia managers are buying Slovenian players. So if I want to buy certain Slovenian player, I must outbid more teams now then in past.

If a player is good or what someone is looking for, then users will buy them. I'm sure Slovenian players have been purchased by USA, Italy, Spain, Russia, China, and France managers. Are they all the reason you have to bid more?

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.
