Well, I think that this tool already exist, but it's not "famous" so I asume a few things:
A) The tool isn't working properly.
B) The creator doesn't want to share it for some reasons.
C) Both.
I remember use that "tool", and yeah, I put in into " " because what I remember about it is that you could see and analize a lot of NT games for some seasons ago, but you can't introduce new games (or at least I didn't now how to do it).
Its been a long time since I used that, but maybe it's time to look on it again.
