I guess the whole point would be to not have high rated Drive players who don't have high rated JS and IS to go with it. This would seem counter productive unless every other player on your team has a higher drive rating which would limit the shots of the guy with the lowest JS and IS. So if your guy is 8 JS and 8 IS, don't have his drive be 16 when everyone else on the team has a drive of 9-10. That guy with the 16 may hurt your team.
