I see the good it does when you look at it that way. I was just thinking it could have been something to help teams at all levels and actually been something to help celebrate BB's 10 years. Then again, that's the selfish in me thinking of a way that I would actually use it.

I apologise in advance if it has been discussed here but...

...I know it talks abut the player remaining a staff member once sold or, I guess, remaining as a player if they, as staff, are sold; however, what about inductees into the HOF?

I'm assuming that if I put a player into a staff position, and he is an inductee to the HOF who I retire, I'm guessing he would stay as staff still?

Also, does this new player-becomes-a-staff member continue to see their salary increase regularly as does other staff?

So, just to be clear concerning my other question: this new player-come-staff feature is only really useful as a 'get out of jail free card' (to use a monopoly reference) when a manager, needing to secure urgently a staff member (likely a pr guy or doctor during playoffs) when they cant get one the usual way quick enough?
