Combination of history, team ratings in games, wins in B3, national team ranking etc.

Sorry mate, the team took a bit of time to get going this season, looks like they are going now.

Disgusting, putrid, inept offensive display from the Wasps last night. Worst offensive performance I've ever seen, excluding thrown games. Only blaming myself here of course. Two players I trained and three hand picked players bought in. I'm known for good defence but you'd think in all this time I'd have learned you do at some point need to put that spherical object through the hoop. And I had so many possessions. More possessions than Imelda Marcos had shoes.

I doubt anyone has ever been relegated from the EBBL with the number one ranked defence but as Spock said, "For everything there is a first time."

Wasn't sure whether to post this or in the general England forum but decided on here since the game I'm going to mention is tomorrow's league game.

I was scouting tomorrow's game on Buzzer-manager (certain loss btw) and noticed that tomorrow will be the 21st time the Wasps have played A Dogs. It's 11-9 to him. And that got me wondering if there's anyone I've played more often. I would have suspected A Dogs would be one of the teams I've played most often, but after a little thought I decided I'd probably played M Dogs more often. It turned out however that I'd actually played them 20 times too, though whereas all of the games vs A Dogs are league games, I've played 3 scrimmages and 3 Cup games against M Dogs. Interestingly were 7-7 in league games but he's won all the Cup games.

I now think, after checking all EBBL teams that the team I've played the most is Vecx's Tide of Fire. We've played 23 times now (it's 17-6 to him, shhh!) which includes a Cup game from this season and three playoff games.

My rivalry with Vecx dates back to season 24. The game went to overtime, and he won by 2. Innes and Big Mac played for him, and Paulk and Fallon were playing for me. Innes and Mac were youngsters at the time and Paulk handled Innes fairly easily.

We first played A Dogs in season 20. We split the two games that season but I won the first thanks to 30 pts from a played I can barely remember. As I recall that was my first season after promoting from D3.

The rivalry with M Dogs started the season before that in season 19. Since it was a Cup game, we lost it. I see I played a 2-3 defence against his motion offence. I also noticed my center fouled out, which has always been a problem of mine.

I know a few of you have been around longer than me, though I do feel I've been here a long, long time, so I'm convinced there are much older rivalries than this last one I'm going to mention. In Season 16 I played three games against Lisaball. That was my first season and I lost all three fairly easily. The last two games were relegation playoffs, and I actually was relegated to D4 which didn't happen for very much longer after that season. The really odd thing about this rivalry is that in the whole time I've been in the game since we've never played again.

Wow I had never noticed this before!

I decided it was probably Elmacca as we have played so much on the same side of the ebbl - 47 times... 29 to 18 although he won 10 of our first 12 games... There's time to change things around Gully!

Ha! Considering 5 of my wins were in a 2 season period I won't hold my breath.

I've decided to try for this season and then focus on training again, with some of the new changes I want to sink cash into the arena and all the bonuses and train some new players, I'll probably drop into D2 again

It's 52 games and I'm 20-32.
(5 Cup games).

I'm 38-17 against Gauson. Think that's my longest rivalry, or maybe the monkeys.
