I have some questions to Sahand. I think thaat will be interesting experience both to You and our community and I am glad to see that someone experienced start in election. So that is my questions:
1. How long You want to stay NT coach? I really hope that some kind of stabilisation come and I want thaat next coach stay for at least 6 seasons.
2. What is Your long term vision? Such large country as ours that is ont only the first team. We have got many players in age 22-26 that some day could play in NT. Have you any plan for them?
3. What about scouting? We are having some people involved in scouting. What did You say to them to stay with You. What did You do when they quit. Have you time to interest all of them?
4. What about atmosphere around NT? Some games analysis, players introductions or something like this? Have You got any ideas for that?

I really hope to hear a bit more about plans for the next few seasons

I'm waiting for the answers too, it's really nice to see such an experienced manager in our election.

Thank You. That looks promising. I hink You deserved a chance. One of our best coaches kozlik many seasons ago become Lithuana NT coach and lead them to many successes. Maybe that is aa right time to give our NT to someone with fresh sight at the same time with a big konwlage and experience to the game?

Sounds like wishful thinking, right? These concerns are even more worrying given the warning issued to difficulties in finding NT manager for one term.

When I look at your team... These two statements are in direct contradiction to each other. ;)

Of course that is wishful thinking and that's why I prefer candidate who want to stay longer above the one who said that will be only one cadency

I have just one question - I guess it haven't been asked here, but I may be wrong.
What do you think about the language barrier between you and Polish community? While I believe that majority of our users understands English, I also think there are people who aren't fluent enough in that language to feel comfortable with foreign manager.
What can you do to fight this problem?

PS Also, here's some advice - Poznan may be a great city, but trust me, if there's any Polish town that has a lot of users, it's rather Włocławek ;)

What can you says about Michał Kubiak - Polish volleball player - capitan of NT Polish team. Few weeks ago was "little" affair after match in WL in Iran between Iran vs Poland.
