One of my three young 'uns got hurt tonight (luckily won't miss time), but this will be the second week in a row that he doesn't get a full 48 minutes (fouled out for the first time ever last week). Is this a good week to train stamina considering I haven't trained it in the past two seasons at all????

Hi all,
I just started to play this game from last week.
My best player so far is...

Weekly salary: $ 4 477

Height: 6'8" / 203 cm
Potential: hall of famer
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: awful Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: awful Handling: awful
Driving: respectable Passing: average

Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: average Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: atrocious

So i plan to train some of his free throw.
I get him played 48+ minutes this week, but he doesn't increase his damn free throw(there are 6 players who got the pump except him!!!!)
So I believe that the computer has put on random people eh?
Does anyone know how to target free throw on specific player?
