The point of debate is that small countries gain as largest nations or more spending a lot less, so they take a lot of advantages from this situation...

I dont get, why are you concerned about countries, that in total have users the same as Italian div3? If you cannnot afford having players with 150k salary, why are you concerned about players in other countrys, that can afford to keep them? Its event better - you can sell a player that becomes too expensive.
talking about B3 is, that bigger countrys get a little more income, as smaller countrys, can afford having highier ent and temporary boost due to lesser competition. it is hard to say, what is better.
You say that there are lots of advantage. Please write those advantages - I think I could name the same number of disadvanteges. I think at this point there are too mane players on TL and that affects player prices too much. Other than that I see no problem if estonian div 3 team gets more + money than lithuanian div 3 team. it just means, that average estonian div 3 team is probably weaker than average lithuanian div 3 team and when they will reach the same level, they will get appoximately the same weekly balance.
Furthermore I would be against connecting BB into regions, as for this moment we in Lithuania make BB meets, we talk about about BB and compete on the real court. losing posibility to play against those guys would be a great disadvantage. Furthermore, from that point we should use english in forums, which would be lame, as not all are comfortable in expressing theyr thoughs in foreign laguages.

edit: comparing lithuanian and estonian leagues was an examle and I have no intentions to say, that any of the leagues is stronger

Come on Kukoc - you are livingi in your own (self proclaimed) local world.

Point 1 - just because the group of BB3 teams is small in relation to the userbase I would bet the BB's certainly don't want new users to join, discover and start believing its impossible to ever make it into the BB3.

Point 2 - The game is global but it has been chosen that it should be played out in a series of localized leagues. The arguments have always been that the leagues have caused disparity and despite your immediate opponents having the same benefits/disadvantages to you the fact is a Japan II. manager starting today has more chance of making the BB3 than someone signing up today in Italy. (irrespective of management ability) This is the problem.

When this was originally discussed the response if I recall directly was along the lines of 'well the BB3 isn't that important and does only effect a small % of the teams' - which to me sounded like a cop-out because thats basically admitting, yeah we know the dynamics of the countries are different and therefore your BB experience WILL differ a lot depending on which IP address you use to sign-up.

Speaking from personal experience (disclamier - not everyone will agree with me, but run with me!)

The private leagues that pit the wits of teams from different countries against one another seem to be a very popular feature. I'd be interested to learn how popular from the recent supporter questions during the World Cup comp. Again suggested many seasons back and it has come up in this thread again is to look at how the local leagues sit within the 'Global' game and perhaps refine this to Regional leagues that are identical to one another (in terms of depth/structure). This way no matter who signs up in the future, they'd have an identical path to succeed upon and equal chances to reach the summit and BB3 (if that was their chosen goal.)

In reality its probably very hard to do - a mega job. Would it be worth it? Do players mind or wish to play against teams from other countries on a regular basis? Is the trade off to make a more balanced league structure for everyone worth it?

Well if you just take 6-7 weeks of 3,000 managers leaving then we've just waved goodbye to 1/3 of our current users in less than 2 months.

Might be worth another consideration.
I think the idea of regional leagues is great. But according to a lot of arguments in this thread it will only make more ppl leave the game, since it will be harder to get to BBB. I think BBB play a very limited role, you want a challenging environment, just like in the Italian leagues and with the regional leagues we could get it for everyone.

And concerning the goals (you speak of getting to BBB) I think the goal is to win BBB and there, the opportunities are quite equal no matter witch league your in (economically anyway).

You repeat the number 3000 managers leaving every week and to me thats alarming. But before discussing what to do about it, I would like to see how many of those that logged in more then once, more then 10 times etc.

Gahh, picked the wrong name in the list. Should have been super fly

the matter isn't the BBB, is that south african teams, in two weeks earn what you earn in Italy in one season, and they go in BBB even if they have a team worst of an Italian div5 team...
it isnt't equal, why a team stronger and stronger of another nation cannot enter in BBB because a welsh team of incompetent do it?
i don't speak english very well so I cannot express all my disappointment, so I say you goodbye and I hope that when you realize you will understand the situation and think differently, because here there is only one that deserves a bit of esteem and he's Superfly.

even if you make 500k+ in a week (which is almost imposible in any league) you you get 7M in a season, which is 2 players at best. making B3 with such kind of squad would be like beang a meat.

you do not understand because in global discourses are addressed to people who earn 250k a week, can train getting results.... and then filled stadiums to high prices.
hardly ever want to understand that the economy is out of phase as it applies to them the concept "I enjoy. that I care of others?
And with the money they have, ie shoveling ... you can even take the better the draft.
Roses may take small, less cost .... but as they observe their TV rights are lower, muahahahahahahahaha:)))

Playing and practicing so decently even a trained monkey would become a good manager in 3 seasons .... basically you're fighting with someone who will not understand or, of course, will do anything to avoid seeing shattered his dream of 'easy win "....
I love when people invent everything, but not to ruin their garden

Having restricted economic possibilities, reduces the strategical options for a user, that's the real problem. If you are forced to be always close or under the 0 level to REMAIN in a league, you have less possible choices.
If you can have a +50/75k of weekly incomes, which is very low related to the balance of many teams in small countries, you can chose if put them quickly on salary and buying a player if you have the money and want to be promoted,or you can chose to buy a new young player with low salary to train without make your team weaker,or you can spend more on draft,or you can save money for the next draft or for a player and so on;you can use the extra money of the cup for every thing that you want

Having a 0 or below the 0 salary, forced you to spend the bare minimum for specialists,to reduce the expenses for the draft,to sell a player and make your team weaker(hoping temporarily) if you want to make any kind of move on the market and the extra money of the cup had to be used to avoid the weakening of the team

And the fact that we are in more competitive leagues also counts, because you can't lose every kind of opportunity to rise up in the leagues. If you need in a certain moment of the season a player, you have the money to buy him,but someone overpaid and buy him,it could be decisive for your season's result and if you fail to rise in a season, losing so much money coming from the promotion, you have many fewer chances to do it in the next season than you would have in a less competitive league............so if the team that steal on the market the player you need is a team with nearly the same your economic situation(no matter what kind of league he is in),you can accept the fact because it's a fight between two teams with the same possibility and he manage the team to have more money than you;if the team that steal you the player is a team with much more economic posibilities than you, only because he plays in a league when he can earn a lot of mony without doing the same sacrifices you have to do,you feel very angry because is an unjust fight on the market

And all of this,REGARDLESS OF THE ABILITY OF THE MANAGER,as instead many users who doesn't know the situation, claim.

I would to ask to the Portuguese user if he would chose to stay in the league with a balance close to 0,with few possibilities to be promoted in few seasons,or if he choses to be relegated in IV division, without being safe to be promoted again soon(as he could see the level of a IV italian or spanish division),and knowing that if he fails the promotion in the first season,he would have to destroy and rebuild the team, but with the economic possibilities of a Iv division, risking to stay there for some seasons

These are the kind of choiches we have to do,and many of the users that talked in this discussion doesn't at least try to understand it,that's why it's very difficult to talk with them here
