Is this about giving sugestions and ideas to save BB or is it about other games? Maybe the staff of those games could listen the users and not ignore them.

I think that staff from other games are more likely to participate in this conversation (or others in these forums) than staff of BB.

One of the biggest flaws in this game is the lack of communication between players and devs.

And in my opinion forum is not as good as it may be. I think BB staff should rebuild it.

One little change that I would suggest it is on Arena.
When you dont fill your own Arena, or maybe sometimes you just want to raise the prices of it, you have to wait to mid-season or end-season to do it. If You could do it all season long, there will be a better control of your Arena and economy.

On topic, no, I don't think BB is dying a slow death. I know another game which is dying a slow death, BuzzerBeater is not. BBs are putting a lot of effort into this game, and there has been so many changes lately, that this game is fast improving. If BBs continue this way, the game can only get better.

BB-manager is a great feature to help me with prices, I'll use the tips to get 100%. But it will only change on 18/10/2014, so it will only change after 3 more regular games + playoff games, instead of changing immediately.

same here: i know from another game that i played for years how it looks like if a game is really dying. BB is really vivid compared to it

Yes mate that is correct. It is one of the things you need to forward plan in BB. Adjusting arena prices and keeping them correct requires some skill but if you check out your fellow teams and teams in the same division you will soon work out how to maximise your ticket prices.
