i just meant about supply of quality players!

as i can say if the lower division teams can get quality players they can as well develop them, imagine 5 teams hoarding talent how much can they develop those players where as if you have 50 teams that can access quality talents especially trainees we got ourselves a whole new series of better talents coming in after few seasons.

that is all, because income will always be there since its been set that way. now how do the expenses come in is another concern.

now controlling it base on the market, our own team expenses etc. but this just leaves a loophole that wouldnt be sure happen and happen again if not address and work on properly. because if we dont raise the level of expenses surely we will still be seeing a lot more of those buying players at a really crazy price :D

how about a tax fee such as being in a division 1 would need to pay something like maintaining the league :D im sure like the nba, there is a certain % from the gate receipts and etc will be given to the nba to maintain operations :D ( am i correct )

Why are you so sure 21 year olds are also up for this? It's U21, isn't it? It don't know either, but doesn't that mean 20 is the limit?

i interpret the u21 also including 21 year old players, but i don't find it usefull because alot national teams got alot 20 year old players in their rooster which could play the next season in two teams.

and it's inclusive age 21..

Where did this info come from?

Never mind, I see it.

I am presuming it is indeed inclusive.

LOL :) But this is a beautiful chance for BB to teach the world the meaning of the word "under"!! Let's set it straight for once and for all!

But I can understand the rule that a player who turns 21 in a season is allowed to play for U21 that complete season. In case of BB the would look rather silly, though: U21 teams with only 21yr olds, as all players have the same date of birth...

I *think* that U21 players in FIFA must be under 21 when the season starts, i.e. they may become 21 during the season without being cut out from the team, but they must be below 21 in the beginning. Even if I am not sure about this, I think it makes sense, as otherwise a player might be able to play until e.g. the semifinals, but is then able to participate in the final if his 21st birthday is between the semis and the final.

you are presuming ..? but you're the coach of USA U21 so you should know if it's including age 21 .. I think you try to hide something from us :)

anyway , Canada roster got 21 years old player .. so my information is from there ..
and really why mark and you already shows as the junior team coachs ?

Nope. I think the silliness comes from FIFA. Someone in Zurich either doesn't understand the word "under" or can't count. Unfortunately, one error has now infested numerous games (see Hattrick as well).

I think while it could be called silly, it's also convention, and using the standard convention stops a lot of confusion via consistency.
