First, you drafted him as a 19 year old. Strike one.
Second, you seem to have mostly played him at SG, which means you probably were dual position training him (The only single position training at SG is Jump Range, and by the looks of him, he didn't get a full season's worth of single position training). Strike two.
Third, he's barely a pop over what some of the best draft picks will be next season (the strong in Jump Shot). Which means that an 18 year old drafted next season will haev roughly the same skills as Bourque. Strike three,
Finally, this isn't a strike, just a general comment. In two in-game chat sessions, I've seen you spam him on the chat twice each session, and be told he wasn't good enough each time. I'm usually a patient man. I also understand that there's a learning curve to this game, but this implies that there should be some learning going on. This is just getting ridiculous and that's the reason I don't run for the NT manager job (I probably wouldn't get it anyways if I did run, but that's another can of worms.)
