He knows what he is doing for sure. I doubt he plans them to retire on his roster. I t could be a questionable move but not an ignorant one. I guess you have to know better *roll eyes*

But not enough to beat the best teams in the world(with Mello he could have 4 players of international level and two players who can play some minutes,Toroo has 9 players of international level and 3 great traineers,Sharman has 5-6 players of international level andthe rest of team si made by good players,italian,german,spanish teams have all a good number of great player,etc...)
P.S. Mello is weaker than many guards in the top national teams in the world

The best in Czech republic is BC Hostivar,who reached the semifinals in BBB this year.I think that with Mello he could became one of the best in the world,but if he'll buy two guards with 40k salary(two great players),he'll became stronger than buying only a great player(about Mello,i said only that there are others players with less salary stronger than him,but i certainly didn't say that is a bad player)

To make things clearer Hostivař and Frýdek are of similar strenght competing against each other in I.1 finals for last few seasons (Frýdek with the better record so far, but lost last season, now he is getting stronger). BBB is a bit about a draw anyway (Toroo, home court adavantage,...).

Bs Frydek have a short bench,this is the problem;player who have to play too minutes in a game play worse than their standards and have more problems about game shape.He is getting very very very strong,but in a risky way(if he has a pair of injuries he has great problems).
