Okay thank you. So my center played 89 minutes this week. This is bad for stamina? To make stamina better, do I train game shape?

And when you say "pop" that means i see the little green arrow and he gets an added skill point?

Training stamina will train stamina. Training game shape will train game shape. (But it's probably best not to train game shape and just properly regulate your minutes). Minutes played has no impact on your stamina, only game shape.

Yes 'pop means a skill has imcreased a full level ie gone from Respectable to Strong. You still getting a bit confused by Stamina and Game Shape. Stamina affects how long a player can play at a level; before they start getting tired. Game Shape affects how well they play, so they are different. Most people advise never training Game Shape because it can be controlled by good minutes management. Training Stamina once or twice a season is probably enough.

Thanks for the help. And I just noticed that all of the jersey numbers for my roster are inaccessible. Does anyone know where they went? It really helped me rank my players nicely.
