Hello guys!

Big victory for Portugal! Congratulations!

I was also watching a game and am disappointed with the game end logic- no time out before last attack and shooting the ball way before the buzzer even the score was tied. I wish such stupid solutions won't happen again. Have you mentioned this game end example somewhere in Global with possibility to inform BB-s? Last time I read their comments on game end logic they weren't too very happy about it yet and this example may help to improve it the future. Very unlucky game for us: first the injury and then your buzzerbeater at the end which for my basketball knowledge never should have been taken leaving our last shot possibly close to buzzer (extra time or win nor opponent chance). I don't want this unrealistic play happen again in the future.

Sorry for your loss.

But mistakes like that happen in real life, young players have little experience which makes them take poor decisions at the clutch. I was surprised, like many in here, that there was no timeout (that's poor coaching) but it ment a fast counterattack (don't ask me why there was a 3-pointer).

It's life man, good luck for the rest of the games.

that's poor coaching.
Should it be written in game engine? I don't get it. Poor coaching, good coaching- where it comes from?
I still think considering this example there's room for improvement in game end logic. Or you think GE just flips a coin and some games will be decided by "bad coaching"?

Thanks Kossuhunt!

If there was something weird about the last minute, it was the absence of timeouts: no timeout for your team after defensive rebound with 19 seconds left nor timeout for us after defensive rebound with 4 seconds left. Of course, the best world for your team would have been to take the last shoot with 0 seconds to play. But too many factors take part in equation in a situation like this, and the scenario with the lowest probability to happen is the one where your player take the shoot with 0 seconds left. My opinion is that there is no GE bug when the game is tied and a team make the last shoot with 4, 3, 2 or 1 seconds remaining (maybe there was a good oportunity shoot, we don't know, and remember we are talking about youg players with low experience) but i agree that 2 timeouts should have been called in this particular situation, and we should expose this to BBs.

Just my 2 cents.

I think you understand that I'm not saying it's a bug. I am worried it's just bad design. Or maybe it's meant by BBs to be such a stupid possibility in the game:P Anyway, I hope to get some BB's comment in Global.
