I have noticed that teams do load up for a B3 run, which I think makes sense & is like the model in the NBA where top teams do this. I also agree that smaller countries have an advantage when it comes to B3, if done right, as they can have more focus on there starters as they play worse teams & can use lesser players & get away with it with there results.
My plan, for what it's worth & please feel free to comment. 5 Trainees, 2 Position training. High level coach & doctor. Money into Stadium, emphasis on Lower Tier seats for higher Salary Cap. Now I have to go the rest of this season & 3 more, Trainees will be 26, 25, 24, 24 & 23 & bolt on the Outside. I make just over $500k per week right now.
It's a very long term plan, but by training guys through I think I gain the money to build the Stadium aggressively & figure out all types of different tactical setups.
