We're not going to allow an artificial imbalance in the economy.

Then you should be able to easily compare transfers with other similar players (age, best skills), or even supply an average price. It's difficult, even for someone with some experience, to know the correct price just my looking at the transfer market.

Also, if you want to secure a "fair" transfer market. Why not just give players fixed prices for any given age/stat combination? Teams could decide (or even the player could decide randomly) who he wanted to sign for. Then there would be no1 cheating any1 - rookie or veteran - how you manage your training, arena, etc would decide what players you would be able to attain.

Well said, Comrade Stalin. :)

Wouldn't a simpler way to enforce this be to remove listing prices and force us all to list at a price of "0"? That way market forces would always determine selling prices and there would be nothing artificial about the transfer market.

The problem appears to be setting too high a price; not allowing that to happen in the first place seems a better, more elegant solution than retroactively going all Soviet on people.

Seriously? I list my worst player at 0, then come around with my second team and bid all the money it has. There is surely nothing artificial about that situation...

I think the transfers that get corrected are pretty obvious. Noone is going to fine you because you made 50k more from a player on which there was a bidwar.

This pretty much sums it up.

We're not interested in cracking down on someone who happened to make a little more than the guy is truly worth.

What we're mostly interested in is not allowing ridiculous transfers - crap like $1500 salary guys being sold for $1M+, crap like that.

If I guy we think is worth roughly $200K is sold for $300K, congrats.

We're not going to micromanage, and we're willing to give the benefit of the doubt when there isn't any cheating involved.

We're just going to step in on the absurd, that's all.

Sounds very good! Still, some tool/feature to help indicate a players average value would be helpful. But that's another feature, another day...

I agree with that, though with this amount of skills it might be challenging to get any estimate at all, let alone a viable one.

It is completely and obviously artificial.

Why isn't it to you?Seriously.

i just want to make profit to get a better team so that i can go up to first division quick...
daytrading for sure is a way to do so.

And that's why it needs to be eliminated.

If you came here to daytrade, please go back to the abysmal Hattrick.

If are willing to train your team up to a higher level over time, buy better players when you can, and not involve yourself in the entirely unrealistic practice of daytrading, then please stay and join the fun.

This is not Hattrick. Please refrain from trying to introduce the practices that caused so many of us to become disgusted and leave that game.

What's artificial about being able to select a minimum sale price that satisfies you? I find that completely normal. BB is not a perfectly competitive market. These don't really exist outside of Economics textbooks anyhow. Therefore, providing some sort of guarantee for the seller is essential.
