If You think that this user should be penalized, it means that circa about 50% of users of forum should be penalized ;-)
Many users complain that LI is too powerfull. Other users claim that it isn't true. Many complains that 2-3 doesn't work, others have different opinion. The same with shotblocks, jump range, jump shot, practically every part of BB ;-) In every discusision at least one member is false. So he should be penalized because he is trying to deceive others ;-)

WHen my rein as U21 coach ends....His player will be 22.

It's only Your opinion, it isn't fact.

And if You never change Your opinions it means that You are bad U21 manager. And nobody should be penalized because of You are bad U21 manager.

I think this guy is just trying to get under your skin.....if anybody thinks a level 1 OD,handling,passing and JR with Star pot. can make a U-21 team, they are kidding themselves.

First of all. There is no guarantee that he will be 22 years old in season 20. It's only one from all possible scenarios, but it is NOT 100% sure.

And second thing. You can't handle the truth. Rules should be equal for all. There shouldn't exist specific cases, only because You have different opinions. For example in Tunisia player with potential = star is very strong candidate to play in U21. In fact, I remember time when in Tunisia exists only one club. So EVERY player could be 100% sure to play in U21, independent of his potential and skills ;-)
(because there are 12 slots in match lineup and from age = 18 to 21 we have 4 season and one club can gain in draft only 3 players per season - 4x3 = 12).
We can't force all managers to know differences between for example, Tunisia, Japan and Poland. And therefore we can't penalize manager only because he doesn't know that one U21 is stronger than another.

Idea described in this topic is out of rules, because one manager can't be penalized because of decision made by other manager (in this case by U21 coach). So I agree, writing many posts supported this idea looks like trolling ;-)
In other case if U21 coach has caprise and don't call player with TSP=120 (he has right to do it, it's stupid but it isn't illegal), then other manager, who would claim that this player is strong candidate to play in U21 (and who would be obviously right) could be penalized ;-)

Seriously (?) to me, BB is an escape, is a cool way to have fun with people all over the world. Now, I'd really like to promote this season, that would be pretty cool too. =)
