TY for the replay.. i was wondering how long do i have train a pg to get a good handling rating . do i train everyone in handling as well as passing.

Yes, you're right, and especially with a Div. V team, a good-passing PG should be sufficient to increase the offensive flow as high as it needs to be. At higher levels though from my team's experience, one bad cog in that PG-SG-SF passing trio can seriously bring down the offensive flow.

Handling is one of the easier skills to bring along. It receives some improvement from "passing" training, as well as from 1v1. In my opinion, you should really pick one guy to be training there (training the whole team will move very slowly) and in the future on the transfer market look for players that might bring along offensive flow as well, if that's the area you most want to address.

I'm guessing you probably already know this, but you don't have to train Game Shape, you can get it to increase normally by just regulating your players' minutes. If you keep them between 48-72 minutes per week it will continue to increase. I wouldn't spend time training it unless you're in a dire set of games where you're going to wear down your top players with a lot of minutes.

my starters play alot of minutes a week. i rarely play the bench , maybe only in the 4th.. and ty
