i could even understand it, after you are out of competition (basically) you can give the enxt generation an xp boost and maybe an advantage for the next competiton :)

That would be the case for all micronations then. As long as XP is some unknown factor...

i don't think that Xp is an unknown factor, and why not concentrating on the more important games? Especially since XP si known to work.

Then you have better chanche for a win or even two when it counts, and your player are in the best age betwen 20,5 and 21,5 and not anymore with 21,9 where there only play scrimmage. Depending on future for the senior team, they could stay in.

Being NT manager isn't really all that difficult. All you (I) do is selecting NT players in the beginning of season (which is not difficult for me since Albania is not that big in BB) and set proper line up.

Of course, the general rules applies for NT matches too: The line up should be based on Game Shape, and opponent. And Tactic. Also, set the enthusiasm. At games where I'm quite sure I lose, common sense makes me Take It Easy.

However, we had a terrible U-21 manager we just replaced (in the middle of the season). He removed all the U-21 players, just for fun. Even though we have a new manager for U-21, the enthusiasm of the team is 1. Which makes it impossible to win even against...say the worst NT team in BB.

But they are talking about U21 manager and that is probably more difficult than NT. I mean, more work...although our NT mananger says he is sending BBmails every week to encourage managers who own Slovenian NT players to maintain their good game shapes.

I guess it's also cool if NT and U21 manager are in contact to ensure 18y old HoFs and MVPs are trained a bit differently, with NT in mind (for example: OD for PFs). I have a Slovenian Hof Center and I don't want to make him a 150k monster for U21 and from 22y forward train him in OD and PA while sustaining his big salary.

i also think it is lot more then it, you have to stay in contact with the managers work in training plan, try to get proper minutes and optimal organize scouting so that future coaches also have succes.

Then you have to entertain the community a bit, who is following the NT.

I owned NT or U21 players from at least 7 countries, not to mention the prospects, and the vast majority of coaches does not give a fook about the community or the players or their coaches.

The kind of behaviour you describe is only necessary for managers in bigger countries, small or micronation coaches can do whatever they want...

Lithuanian U-21 coach can do whatever he wants and the big community (2209 users) can do nothing to stop him..

I do that, but unfortunately some managers don't even respond, let alone improving anything. Take a look at this player who is at sale all the time:

[link to the player deleted]

I've sent to his manager at least 30 messages telling him to either train him, or at very least to manage the minutes. But he doesn't respond. I've even sent him messages in his language, yet no response. Yet, he is all the time with terrible game shape.

So there isn't much to do sometimes. You can't control everything as NT manager. Instead, you try to manage best what is left from incompetent managers..

Sorry, but forum rules don't allow links to players on sale.

I'd say that Lithuanian community is quite communicative and usually elects the right person to run the NT or U-21, but now.. We had, as I would say quite good coach with a very good staff (one of them became our NT coach).. But then our U21 coach got banned, and GMs selected another person to run our U21, who had 10 votes (!) in earlier NT elections. That new coach is like a troll who doesn't say anything useful in our forums and he got a chance to annoy everybody. And now he is every day saying that he is the best coach but he makes mistakes one after another.. And he doesn't listen to anybody, because he knows better.. And in one of his posts yesterday he admitted that he is ruining everything not for him, but and for other future coaches, and that there are a lot of things that we (community) now do not know that are damaged by him..
So, that's why I said that NT coach can do whatever he wants..
P.S. Sorry for my English, hope You understood me..

I think in Lietuva You have big problem with NT/U21 coaches. In season 15 Your NT coach was banned as well, so 2 banned NT/U21 coaches for 4 seasons doesn't look like right persons were usually elected.

But I don't agree that NT coach has to listen community. It isn't democracy where 50% + 1 can decide and always say that their decision was right ;-)

94% of BB managers (15 of 16) will not win their league in current season. So in this game usually majority is wrong and sometimes it's better to listen 6% than 94% ;-)

Of course after cadency (sometimes after few weeks) it's easy to recognize whether NT coach is from good minority or bad majority ;-)
