If you can't promote with those maxinum salariese there really is something wrong with the player not the caps.
So all teams that train their own players above the limit will be forced to sell them?I was thinking more about buying that players and not about current roster, even though we could add this too,but not in the first moment but at the end off season. In reality i dont know any good player who would like to stay in 4th league if he is good enough for NBA,do you?

So jf we put together some thoughts we could find out the best solution for this problem and improve the game to become more realistic

In reality i dont know any good player who would like to stay in 4th league if he is good enough for NBA,do you?In reality, I know plenty of players who opt to move to weaker European leagues from the NBA for a multitude of reasons: to be a big fish in a small pond, to get more money, or to play with less pressure on them. However, our conversation is more or less an empty exercise in rhetoric -- building a balanced team or focusing on one star players have both been identified as valid strategies by the BBs. Therefore, I don't expect them to implement anything that will force you to sell your players if you can afford to pay them.
