it is saying that because he has put all of his players up for sale and if someone else bought them then they wouldnt be able to play for their side in the playoffs.

On the upside, it gives the lower teams the opportunity to see what some of the players from a higher ranked Div III look like and what they need.

Yeah they still run the match because you can still receive injuries, even in a forfeit. The reason they still run the match is to prevent people from throwing matches on purpose to help friends. And also, the reason they restrict the score to 25-0 is because otherwise it lets you gain and unfair advantage in terms of point difference.

I know! Your losing what I'm saying tho. I'm just wondering what the hell happened in the match. How the hell can my half decent players get so many fouls against absolute spuds?

The reason is because the game engine doesn't run properly. The game engine can't handle that sort of input and so it just goes crazy and everyone fouls like crazy and scores like crazy. That's why you get so many points, and so many fouls.
